SEAOTS aids in the maximisation of customer after-sale satisfaction along with service and maintenance, parts delivery, and product support.
SEAOTS has established connections with partners and suppliers that provide a consistent and steady flow of support and part requirements.

Preventative Maintenance:

SEAOTS’s Goal of Preventative Maintenance is to prevent equipment failure before it occurs and to maintain its safety.

SEAOTS will provide Preventative maintenance service at 6 monthly/annually intervals on all nominated operating theatre tables, stirrups and accessories at the hospital.

After each service visit, the conditions of the theatre equipment will be recorded in a report and issued shortly to the customer.

Our service personnel will strive to ensure that work is carried out with minimal disruption to the hospital’s theatre lists. Our service time includes after hours and/or weekends.

Corrective Maintenance:

For additional work that is needed that goes beyond the checklist of the Preventative Maintenance or any breakdown of the equipment, a quotation will be issued for approval. In accordance with the quotation issued, work will be carried out during the service. If there is a breakdown service required, our normal on-site response time is within 24hrs of calls logged from the hospital.

Equipment Refurbishment:

For fully refurbished equipment, SEAOTS executes an extensive overhaul, replacing critical components, giving the equipment a complete revamp to meet stringent OEM standards, all backed by a comprehensive warranty.

Warranty:

SEAOTS performs all necessary repairs covered under constitutional warranty for minor damages and defects.

Refurbished tables are safeguarded properly by a statutory warranty.

The warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under correct use during the warranty terms. At no charge, SEAOTS will repair and replace products or parts of products that prove to be defective due to any improper material, workmanship, normal, circumstantial uses and maintenance during the warranty period.

Loan/Replacement Services:

SEAOTS provides loan equipment, free of charge, as a replace¬ment, to facilitate the theatres to avoid downtime during the process of corrective maintenance.

Transport Facilities:

SEAOTS takes the utmost responsibility and safe keeping of your indispensable equipment with our fully functional, tail lift-fitted and supported vehicles to make sure that any operating theatre tables and other valuable equipment are secured during pick-up and relocation.

Product Customization:

SEAOTS will be able to meet and deliver customised equipment to customer’s /individual’s specifications through custom modifications.
