SEAOTS aids in the maximization of customer after sale satisfaction, service and maintenance, warranty, parts delivery, and product customiza­tion through product support. SEAOTS services and maintenance as well as supplying products are provided all over Australia. SEAOTS have established connections of partners and suppliers that provides a consistent and steady flow of support and part requirements

Preventative Maintenance:

SEAOTS Goal of Preventative Maintenance is to prevent equipment failure before it occurs and to maintain its safety.

SEAOTS will provide Preventative maintenance service at 6 monthly/annually intervals on all nominated operating theatre tables, stirrups and accessories at the hospital.

After each service visit, the conditions on the theatre tables will be recorded onto a report and shortly after be issued to the customer.

Our service personnel will work to ensure work can be carried out with minimal disruption to the hospitals theatre lists. Our service time includes after hours and/or weekends.

Corrective Maintenance:

Additional Work that is needed that goes beyond the checklist that the Preventative Maintenance provides or any breakdown of the equipment, a quotation will be issued for an approval. In accordance with the quotation issued work is carried out during the service. If there is a breakdown service required, our normal on site response time is within 24hrs from calls logged from the hospital.

Equipment Refurbishment:

Fully refurbished equipment – the ultimate overhaul of a device, SEAOTS replace major parts and give the equipment a full face lift to meet the OEM expectations and with long warranty.

Warranty:

SEAOTS carries out any repairs that are covered under a constitutional warranty period up to 3 to 6 months for minor damages and repairs.

Refurbished tables is also covered under the statutory warranty that can last up to 3 years.

SEAOTS will also lend loan tables, free of charge, to customers to reduce the duration of downtime interferences

The warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under correct use during the warranty terms. At no charge, SEAOTS will repair and replace products or part of a product that proves to be defective due to any improper material, workmanship, normal, circumstantial uses and maintenance during the warranty period.

Loan/Replacement Services:

SEAOTS provides loan equipments as a replace­ment, to facilitate the theatres, to avoid the downtime of the Theatres during the process of corrective maintenance.

Transport Facilities:

SEAOTS provides utmost responsibility and safe keeping of your equipment with our functional tail lift fitted, transport vehicles.

SEAOTS provides utmost responsibility and sake keeping of your indispensible equipment with our fully functional, tail-lift fitted and supported vehicles to make sure that any operating theatre tables and other valuable equipments are immovable during pick up and relocation.

Product Customization:

SEAOTS will be able to meet and deliver customized equipments to a customer’s/individuals specifications through custom modifications and adaption’s as we customize equipment to your specific requirements.
